I worked with Lions Share to create photography for a range of large-scale residential developments across New Zealand. The focus of these projects extended beyond showcasing the developments themselves. Instead, the brief was to capture the lifestyle, character and sense of place that make each community unique.

Working alongside the creative team, I photographed local residents, businesses, parks, markets and public spaces to produce authentic imagery that reflected the identity of each neighbourhood. Every shoot was carefully planned to create natural, engaging photographs that felt genuine and relatable, avoiding staged or overly polished scenes.

These images formed part of broader brand campaigns, helping prospective homeowners connect with the lifestyle and community surrounding each development. Rather than simply documenting a location, the photography communicated what it feels like to live there, highlighting the people, places and everyday moments that give each neighbourhood its character.
